Rondododa cektigimiz biskuvi ve diger malzemeleri cukur bir kapta homojen puruzsuz bir kivam olana dek karistirip,yogururuz. Karisimi yagladagimiz kalibin tabanina bastirarak guzelce yerlestiririz.Onceden isitilmis 170 (C) derecede, firinin orta kisminda 15 dakika pisiriz.Catal batirmakta fayda var pisme oncesi.15 dakika sonra cikarip sogumasini bekleriz.Bu arada orta dolgu kismini hazirliyoruz.<br />

Orta dolgusu icin.<br />
Sirasi ile labne,toz seker guzelce cirpilir.Sivi krema,yogurt ,un,nisasta ,kakao eklenerek cirpmaya devam edilir.Cirpma puruzsuz kivama gelince uc yumurta teker teker eklenir.En son erittigimiz cikolata eklenip fazla cirpmadan karisim hazir olur.<br />
Soguttugumuz taban dolgunun uzerine karisimi doker isiltilmis 170 derecede 50-60 dakika arasi pisiririz.Pisme sonrasi sogumasi icin disarida bekletir,daha sonra dolaba koyariz,Bu arada ust kremasina gecelim.<br />
